Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships, and effectively presenting our services. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating terms, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align sales efforts with brand goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential customers and build lasting professional relationships
- Experience in using CRM software and maintaining organised sales pipelines
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the wedding and event industry is a plus
- Proficiency in English, with additional regional language skills being a bonus
- Willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
