Become part of a VC-backed premium lab-grown diamond jewelry brand that is expanding from 7 to over 20 stores within the next 12 months. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead premium sales initiatives, foster client relationships, and support store growth in a dynamic retail setting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and surpass individual and team sales goals by employing consultative selling techniques and upselling premium lab-grown diamond jewelry
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire journey, from initial consultations to post-sale support, at our Mumbai and Thane locations
- Maintain strong client relationships, conduct follow-ups, and manage loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
- Assist with store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and organizing promotional events
- Work closely with the Store Manager on monitoring performance, facilitating training, and supporting expansion efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewelry, fashion, or other high-end consumer products
- Proven sales success complemented by excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A strong commitment to customer service and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and fundamental retail operations is advantageous
