Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads generated through social media, websites, and referrals.
- Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their requirements.
- Share company brochures, packages, and portfolios with prospects.
- Prepare and send customised quotations based on client needs.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Accurately update lead status and client information in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for a smooth project handover once the deal is closed.
