Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting and reaching out to potential clients, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends to identify new growth areas.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client outreach and relationship management
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and deal closure
- Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and develop sales strategies
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of protective coating products and services is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally in industrial or commercial sectors
