📢 Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development – Defence
📍 Locations: Bangalore & Hyderabad

Waveoptix Defence Solutions is a fast-growing Indian defence technology company specializing in RF, Microwave, Photonics, and RF-over-Fiber systems for EW, Radar, MILCOM, SATCOM, and R&D platforms. We work closely with BEL, DRDO labs, PSUs, and leading private defence system integrators.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow defence accounts including BEL, DRDO labs, PSUs, and private system integrators
- Identify new business opportunities and track RFPs / RFQs / EoIs
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for technical proposals and costing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and order closures
- Represent the company in defence exhibitions, trials, and customer meetings
- Support post-order coordination and customer engagement
🔹 Candidate Profile
- Experience: Entry Level
- Prior exposure to BEL, DRDO, PSUs, or defence system integrators is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and defence events
🔹 Qualification
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related fields
- MBA (Marketing / Sales) is a plus but not mandatory
