Role Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive to support business development and client acquisition initiatives. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating communication, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, presenting relevant service offerings, and ensuring a structured sales process from initial contact to deal closure. This position requires strong communication skills, consistency in follow-ups, and the ability to work towards defined revenue targets in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and other outreach methods
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services
- Present service offerings clearly and handle client queries effectively
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to drive conversions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in tracking systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or tracking systems (Google Sheets, CRM software, etc.)
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms and outreach tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.)
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and track lead status effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of sales processes and client handling
- Proficiency in English and regional languages (Hindi/Telugu preferred)
