We are hiring Sales Executives to drive residential and commercial solar sales across Delhi NCR and UP. You will own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and site visit to proposal presentation and contract closure. Engineering team handles all technical proposals; your job is relationships and closure.
What we need:
- 1–3 years of field sales experience; residential solar sales strongly preferred
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Ability to manage a CRM pipeline and meet monthly targets
- Basic understanding of solar — or strong willingness to learn through onboarding
Preferred: Prior experience selling rooftop solar in Delhi NCR or western UP. Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme and DISCOM net-metering process is a bonus.
What you'll be selling: 44+ MW deployed across India. N-type TOPCon bifacial panels. AI-monitored systems. Drone-inspected assets. A product that sells on performance data, not just price.
