About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. If you have experience in logistics sales and enjoy building client relationships and driving business growth, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
· Generate new business opportunities in Air, Sea, and Land Freight services
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Handle end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
· Provide competitive pricing and customized logistics solutions
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
· Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates
· Track sales activities and maintain regular updates in Sales Reports.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies
What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Sales
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Good understanding of shipping terms, documentation, and logistics operations
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
