Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Key duties include promoting Vision Rx Lab's lens products, generating leads, preparing and presenting product offerings, and executing sales strategies to expand market reach. The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Basic Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for assessing market trends and customer needs
- Understanding of the optical and eyewear industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle targets and work in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
