Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Daily activities include meeting potential clients, conducting product or service presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM or sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, gather market insights, and represent the company professionally at client meetings, events, and other networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office, email, and online meeting platforms) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to understand client requirements, explain solutions clearly, and tailor proposals to different business needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Hyderabad and willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings.
- Strong ethical standards, professional conduct, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
