KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned geography — spanning industrial, infrastructure, and construction segments.
- Build and leverage a strong industry network to generate qualified leads for PVC pipes, masterbatch, and specialty additives.
- Map potential clients, evaluate market gaps, and present tailored product solutions to meet specific application requirements.
- Conduct regular structured client visits to existing accounts and new prospects, ensuring a high frequency of engagement.
- Provide technical guidance on product selection, specifications
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.), Science (B.Sc), or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial / B2B product sales.
- Demonstrated exposure to product categories such as PVC pipes, masterbatch, specialty additives
- Proven ability to build and leverage a client network to generate sustainable business pipelines.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — ability to understand client applications and recommend appropriate solutions.
Other Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for regular client visits across the designated territory.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region as required by business needs.
