Role Description
The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada & Delhi Locations, responsible for driving sales of DR.GLOVE surgical gloves and GLOVERA examination gloves. This role includes identifying and visiting potential and existing customers such as hospitals, clinics, distributors, and medical retailers, presenting product features and benefits, and negotiating pricing and terms. The Sales Executive will manage sales inquiries, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and ensure timely order closure and coordination with internal teams for delivery and invoicing. Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management. The role requires building long-term customer relationships and representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of healthcare products or medical consumables; experience with gloves or similar items is an advantage.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in field sales, medical device sales, or pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally and the ability to work independently while adhering to company policies.
