Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers in-store, explaining product features and benefits, processing transactions, and tracking inventory to ensure availability. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns to ensure excellent service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and teammates
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close sales opportunities
• Product knowledge and willingness to stay updated on the latest technology trends in electronics
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle inventory and maintain accurate sales records
• Customer service orientation to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Proficiency in basic computer applications to handle transactions and maintain sales data
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store schedule.
