🧾 Role Summary
The Sales Executive (Tele-calling) will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role is ideal for Minimum 6 Months
of Experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries
• Support the sales team with customer coordination and documentation
• Maintain customer data and update CRM records
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
• Minimum 6 Months experience in Sales / Customer Relationship role
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
