Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the institute's aviation training programs. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, managing inquiries, preparing and presenting proposals, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, with the ability to acquire and maintain partnerships with clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively connect with diverse clients
- Market research, analysis, and lead generation expertise
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the aviation or training industry, is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field
