Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Parel. The Sales Executive will engage with clients to understand their property needs, present suitable options, and facilitate successful transactions. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless buying or renting experience. Sales Executives will also stay updated on market trends and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in plots and second homes and is a plus
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with the Mumbai real estate market and property practices
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets
- Prior experience in real estate sales or property consulting is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site at the Parel location
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
