Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bilaspur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration across teams and a proactive approach to expanding the reach of Vadilal’s extensive product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, including the ability to achieve targets and close deals.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship management.
- Ability to develop Strategies, perform Market Research, and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in Account Management and growing regional sales markets.
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple clients and accounts efficiently.
- Prior experience in FMCG or the Ice Cream is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven personality.
