Job Summary
As a Clinical Branding Partner at VAA Corporation, the primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by nurturing existing clients, addressing their clinic branding needs, and managing promotional activities for doctors across various specialties. The role involves building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless order execution from inquiry to delivery.
The candidate will act as a trusted partner for B2B customers, ensuring a professional experience, timely communication, and proactive follow-ups. The role will be crucial in generating revenue and strengthening the company’s market presence in the healthcare textile segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while reactivating dormant accounts.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients to expand the company’s market reach.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
- Market Updates: Keep clients informed about the latest market trends and product offerings.
- Leadership Engagement: Independently connect with decision-makers and senior management of prospective and existing clients.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate sales or a similar role.
- Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes and closing techniques.
Required Skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong planning and execution ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
