Key responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities across industrial sectors including electrical OEMs, motor & transformer manufacturer, fan manufacturers etc.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through regular engagement.
- Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with the plant team on product availability, pricing, and customised client requirements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial goods — experience in winding wire, cables, conductors, or electrical components is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within the electrical/OEM/industrial manufacturing ecosystem.
- Self-driven and highly motivated — someone who takes initiative without waiting to be told.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering/Metallurgy/Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field will be a strong advantage.
