Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing tailored solutions to client needs. The role also involves regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation and closing deals
- Strong Customer Relationship Management and client communication skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and develop actionable strategies
- Experience in Sales Planning, Reporting, and achieving targets
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with the elevator or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
