Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and promoting Unishala’s educational programs, conducting follow-ups with potential customers, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand and communicate program offerings effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with a strong ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication expertise.
- Knowledge in Market Research and Lead Generation strategies.
- Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable working with data and sales reports.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Prior experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
