Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar project benefits, and coordinating with the technical team for successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, telecalling, and digital platforms.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to explain solar solutions.
- Conduct site visit coordination with technical/implementation teams.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain customer relationship and provide after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update daily sales activities and customer data in reports/CRM.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated about solar products, government subsidies, and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 0–3 years experience in sales
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
