About the Role
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Union Living, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and occupancy across our properties. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, representing the brand and shaping their initial experience with us.
This role requires a balance of direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales and business-to-business (B2B) partnerships, where you will actively engage with individual leads as well as corporates, HR teams, and channel partners to generate demand.
You will be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, contributing directly to the company’s expansion while gaining hands-on exposure to the growing co-living and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other platforms
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, preferences, and budget
- Provide personalized property recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Conduct property tours (on-site) and virtual walkthroughs
- Sales Execution & CRM Management
- Follow up consistently to drive lead conversion and closures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Track lead status, pipeline movement, and conversion ratios
- Ensure smooth end-to-end customer journey, from inquiry to move-in
- B2B Sales & Corporate Outreach
- Identify and connect with corporates, HRs, relocation teams, and admin departments
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships for recurring demand generation
- Drive bulk bookings and corporate tie-ups
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms for outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Collaboration & Growth
- Align with marketing campaigns and initiatives to maximize conversions
- Share on-ground insights to improve campaigns and customer targeting
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and resident experience
Performance & Targets
- Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and occupancy growth
- Contribute actively to achieving overall revenue and occupancy goals
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, hospitality, or related domains
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and digital sales platforms
- Highly target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable managing multiple leads, site visits, and B2B interactions simultaneously
