Sales Executive (SDR + Closer) | Remote | Full-time
We’re not looking for salespeople.
We’re looking for sales machines.
People who can own the full funnel and turn conversations into revenue.
This role combines:
Pipeline ownership
Lead qualification (SDR)
High-ticket closing (Account Executive)

What you’ll be doing?
1) Own the entire Sales Funnel
Handle inbound leads (webinars, signups, existing users)
Qualify prospects via calls/messages
Run 1:1 closing calls
Drive deals from first touch → close
2) Pipeline & Follow-ups
Revive cold / inactive leads
Ensure no lead is left behind
Manage leads inside CRM (Freshsales)
Run structured follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn)
3) Conversion-Focused Selling
Understand user pain deeply (job search struggles, lack of interviews)
Position Unimad as the solution
Handle objections confidently
Close with clarity and not pressure
4. Build Systems (Not Just Sell)
Improve scripts, flows, and processes
Identify what’s working / not working
Help build a repeatable sales machine
What we're looking for?
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Ability to handle calls + close deals confidently
High ownership mindset (you don’t wait, you act)
Comfortable with targets and performance pressure
Organised with CRM & follow-ups
Hunger to earn (this role rewards output heavily)
Bonus:
Experience in EdTech / high-ticket sales
Experience using CRM tools like Freshsales
Experience closing ₹10K–₹50K+ products
Compensation
Fixed + Performance incentives
On-target earnings: ₹1L – ₹1.5L/month
No cap for top performers
