Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jalandhar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market analysis, meeting with potential clients, negotiating deals, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market analysis methodologies and sales strategies
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the cement, construction, or building materials industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development opportunities
