Job Overview
Uhomes is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. You will help students and clients find suitable accommodation, convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
This role requires strong communication, proactive outreach, and close coordination with internal teams to support booking and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact leads (students/clients) via phone and email to understand their needs
- Recommend suitable property options and provide end-to-end consultation for student housing
- Follow up persistently to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep CRM updated with accurate customer data and interaction notes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking and onboarding experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Real Estate, or EdTech (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
