Location: Baner, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through calls, visits, and references
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable drone/UAV solutions
- Prepare and share quotations as per customer needs
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Close sales and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct product demonstrations (as required)
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Requirements
Requirement
- Any Graduation
- 0 -1 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools (eg. ZOHO)
