We are Hiring : Indoor Sales Executive on the Showroom
Monthly Salary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹30,00

We are urgently hiring Sales Executives for reputed showrooms across Kolkata. If you have a flair for customer engagement and indoor sales, this is your opportunity!
Location Requirement
Candidates based in Kolkata are encouraged to apply directly.
Candidates from other locations are welcome — relocation to Kolkata is mandatory before joining. No relocation assistance provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Greet and welcome every walk-in customer warmly at the showroom
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget requirements
- Guide customers through product options and help them make purchase decisions
- Build positive rapport and ensure an excellent in-store experience
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales concerns promptly
Counter Sales & Billing
- Execute counter sales and process orders smoothly and accurately
- Assist customers during billing, payment, and invoice generation
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximise sale value
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
Showroom Management
- Maintain showroom display, product arrangements, and overall tidiness
- Ensure product tags, price labels, and promotional materials are up to date
- Monitor stock levels on the floor and report low inventory to management
- Coordinate with backend/warehouse team for stock availability and delivery schedules
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the showroom manager
- Track pending orders and follow up on deliveries with the logistics team
- Provide regular feedback on customer preferences and market trends
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
