We are currently building a student-focused stationery brand for modern retail, targeting large-scale distribution across schools, wholesalers, and retail networks.
Role Description
We are looking for a field sales professional to drive business across assigned territories. This is an on-ground role involving regular market visits and direct interaction with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territory
- Build and manage distributor and wholesaler networks
- Open new retail accounts (stationery stores, bookshops, school vendors)
- Ensure strong in-store visibility and product placement
- Handling billing and coordinating deliveries when needed
- Building and maintaining strong relationships in the market to drive repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in FMCG / stationery / distribution-heavy sales
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Strong execution skills with a hands-on approach to field sales
- Comfortable with travel and market visits daily
- Self-driven and proactive in approach
