We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive for promoting and selling construction and BIM software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and driving sales growth within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sector
- Promote construction software solutions such as BIM, CAD, project management, and engineering applications
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, and online platforms
- Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in construction/BIM/CAD industry
- Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or similar solutions will be preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to clients
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings
