✨ Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages
- Convert leads into bookings
- Share itineraries and follow up to close sales
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets
🎯 Requirements
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (mandatory)
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Comfortable working long shifts
💼 Job Details
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (12 hours)
- Work Schedule: 4 working days + 3 days off
- Salary: ₹15,000/month + Performance-based incentives
