Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their travel needs, crafting customized proposals, and closing sales for travel services. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals with suppliers, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties involve staying updated on industry trends and exploring business development opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Sales-oriented skills: Proven experience in sales strategies, lead generation, and achieving revenue targets.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Proficiency in cultivating strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and negotiating with stakeholders.
- Travel industry expertise: Familiarity with travel booking systems, destination knowledge, and understanding of travel trends and services.
- Organizational and analytical skills: Ability to manage multiple clients, keep records organized, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional assets: Fluency in multiple languages and experience in the travel or hospitality sector are advantageous.
