Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential salon franchise partners, presenting our unique franchise opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include market research, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings, and negotiating contracts.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience with Market Research, Negotiation, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the beauty or franchising industry is a plus
