📌 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that contribute directly to company revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a rewarding career in technology sales.
✅ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
▸ Present, pitch, and demonstrate Treebay Technology's products and services to potential customers
▸ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
▸ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
▸ Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals
▸ Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and deals in the CRM system
▸ Provide after-sales support and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
📋 REQUIREMENTS
▸ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
▸ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
▸ Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a hunger to succeed
▸ Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
▸ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
▸ Prior sales experience is a plus — freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
