Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable working in a night-shift environment catering to the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through self-sourced lead generation using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements
• Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
• Handle client negotiations and close deals effectively
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Update, track, and manage lead data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
• Good understanding of the US market and business culture
• Willingness to work in night shifts or prior night-shift experience
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
