TRAOH is a UGC-led performance content backend. We create high-converting UGC content for D2C, SaaS, and EdTech brands, handling everything in-house from pre-production and creative sourcing to production and final delivery. Our clients come to us because their content needs to perform, not just exist.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Executive. Warm inbound leads come in from Meta, these are brand owners and marketing leads who've already raised their hand. You run discovery calls, qualify, pitch, and close. Calls happen on phone and Google Meet. A CRM is in place, the process is set, leads are consistent. You're stepping into a working system, not building one from scratch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running discovery and closing calls independently with brand owners and marketing decision-makers
- Qualifying inbound leads and moving them through the pipeline
- Pitching TRAOH's content solutions in a way that maps directly to the client's business problem
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and following up consistently
Who You Are
- 1 to 3 years of experience at a digital agency or in UGC, influencer marketing, or brand management
- Fluent in both Hindi and English, spoken and written, and can switch between them naturally on a call
- Articulate, confident, and sharp in English, not just functional
- Comfortable running calls independently without hand-holding
- Motivated by performance-based earnings, not just a fixed salary
- Familiar with CRM tools and organized about follow-ups
Compensation
OTE: INR 50,000/month No cap for top performers. Base and commission structure discussed during the interview.
