Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Khed. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing and growing existing accounts, and promoting Transcento Decor’s product range to retail and institutional customers. Daily responsibilities include visiting prospects and customers, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements in products, pricing, and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a retail, FMCG, lifestyle, or home décor environment.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling client queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features and value propositions clearly to diverse customers.
- Basic proficiency with sales reporting tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or record-keeping systems to track pipelines and performance.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time and territory efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in fragrances, home décor, gifting, or consumer goods sales is an advantage.
- Comfort with travel in and around Maharashtra and familiarity with the regional market and customer base.
