Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will identify and prospect new hospitality clients, including hotels, resorts, homestays, and corporate stays, through cold outreach, networking, and industry research. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle: pitching TIÔRE’s product range, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking leads and sales performance in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and delivery timelines, and gathering market feedback to support product and strategy improvements. The position requires regular client meetings, site visits, and participation in events or industry gatherings as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, luxury goods, or related industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric and consultative selling approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers such as hotel owners, GMs, and procurement teams.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting to track performance and forecast revenue.
- High level of self-motivation, ownership, and resilience, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Interest in sustainable, eco-conscious products and the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
