Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads. The role also involves preparing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills with experience in client relationship management and meeting sales targets
- Market Research and Lead Generation expertise
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities for proactive decision-making
- Communication and Presentation skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality or FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
