Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Sales Executive role located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the hospitality industry, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and presenting TIÔRE's product offerings to meet client needs. Key tasks include lead generation, handling client communications, negotiating terms, meeting sales targets, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth and expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in client prospecting, market analysis, and lead generation
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and proactively in an on-site team environment
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the hospitality or FMCG sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
