Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales, including achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products/services
- Follow up with online leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in Furniture & Home Decor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Related systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
