We don’t do average, and we are looking for a driven Freelance Sales Executive who operates with the same mindset to aggressively expand our footprint in the India market.
About the RoleThis is not a micromanaged, 9-to-5 desk job. This is a fully remote, commission-based role designed for an independent closer who wants to build their own book of business and reap the direct financial rewards of their hustle. You will hunt, pitch, and close deals, acting as the bridge between top-tier brands and our creative team.
What You Will Do- Hunt & Prospect: Identify and connect with brands, founders, and marketing heads who desperately need a creative upgrade.
- Pitch & Close: Own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to discovery calls, proposal negotiation, and the signed brief.
- Strategize: Work directly with the Co-Founders to refine market positioning, identify high-ticket sectors, and optimize the outreach process.
- Manage Pipeline: Maintain a clean, organized CRM/pipeline of leads and follow-ups.
We believe in rewarding performance directly. There is no ceiling here.
- 15% Flat Commission on every single project you close.
- Average Project Value: ₹30,000 – ₹1,50,000+ (meaning commissions of ₹4,500 to ₹22,500+ per close).
- Uncapped Earnings: You close more, you earn more. Period.
- Total Freedom: Fully remote. You manage your own schedule, hours, and pipeline.
Who We Are Looking For- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in agency sales, digital marketing, or SaaS.
- Communication: You know how to talk eye-to-eye with founders, brand managers, and decision-makers. You don't read from a script; you understand business needs.
- Value Selling: You know how to frame premium value and don't compete purely on price.
- Self-Starter: You are highly disciplined, resilient to rejection, and have the tactical persistence to turn a "maybe" into a signed contract.
