The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of technology and/or professional services sales and a deep understanding of information technology and digital solutions. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Suite decision maker level. This role will be responsible for the business development of our technology solutions and services in AI, digital, cloud and automation in the UAE and GCC.
Competencies
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our prospects and clients in the MENA region
5+ years of experience in a sales hunter role with a demonstrated ability to acquire net new logos
Strong experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to precisely manage and forecast a complex sales process
Proven experience in lead generation, solution selling and managing the complete sales cycle while building long-term client relationships
Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services; and ability to articulate the value proposition to prospects and clients
Ability to interface and successfully influence C-level executives within the customer organization
Understanding of the competitive landscape for IT services in the UAE and GCC; and can anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of our services
Willingness to travel as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates boardroom executive presence
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership
Responsibilities
Design, develop and execute services sales strategy that will drive exponential sales growth
Generate and qualify B2B leads through multiple channels
Seek out and drive new business opportunities organizations from initial client outreach to close, targeting large enterprise C-Level stakeholders
Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions
Extremely deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, the market, and the needs/challenges of prospects and clients
Convert viable prospects into active clients owning the full sales conversation and negotiation
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Develop and grow key accounts with long-term business opportunities
