Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and understanding their property needs to provide tailored real estate solutions. The role involves conducting market research, property visits, negotiations, and assisting clients throughout the buying, selling, or investing process. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service orientation and a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications is a plus
- Real estate licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory
