Job Overview:
Here is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic Customer Success team. The ideal candidate should excel at communication, pitching services, converting leads into clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. A solid understanding of consultative selling and the ability to clearly communicate service values.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Clearly understand & explain the various offerings of the course, benefits, and pricing
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with prospects
- Handle objections effectively and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system
- Meet set monthly targets for conversions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience of 1+ years in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a target-driven mindset.
- Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates patience while engaging with learners
- Exposure to CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages like tamil, hindi, telugu or Malayalam are a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
