Role Description The Sales Executive role at THE LITTLE GENIUS (LG) is a full-time, on-site position based in Firozpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging K–12 schools, educational institutions, and distributors, presenting LG’s learning resources, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting school visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to decision-makers, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, ensuring timely delivery, and gathering feedback to support continuous product and service improvement. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, prepare regular reports, and contribute to local market strategies that enhance LG’s reach and brand presence.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to present educational products confidently to school leadership and stakeholders.
- Relationship-building and customer service skills, including the ability to maintain long-term partnerships with schools, distributors, and educational professionals.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional written and verbal abilities.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software) for planning, reporting, and client follow-up.
- Knowledge or interest in the K–12 education sector, curriculum, and teaching practices; prior experience in educational publishing or edtech sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client meetings and school visits as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and a learner-focused mindset that aligns with LG’s mission and values.
