Role overview
The revenue/sales executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of strategic business-to-business partnerships. This role focuses on acquiring, nurturing, and expanding relationships with corporates, travel partners, institutions, and other bulk-booking segments to ensure consistent occupancy and long-term revenue streams across the hostel portfolio.
The incumbent will look into generating business through B2B sales process, partner acquisition and performance management, while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
Responsibilities
- Generate business through establishing partnerships and onboarding B2B partners (travel agencies, tour operators, corporates, universities, NGOs, student travel companies, startups, event organizers)
- Conduct regular sales visits, presentations and followups
- Generate group bookings, long stays and corporate stays across hostels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Prepare performance reports and monitor partner performance
- Track leads, conversions, and monthly targets and preparation of MIS
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and room night targets
- Coordinate with operations, reservations, accounts, legal and marketing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration or related field
- 2+ years experience of B2B sales (Hospitality/ travel preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship building skills
- Comfortable with field sales and willingness to travel frequently
- Knowledge of OTA vs direct business dynamics is a plus
