Sales Executive - The Gypsy Adventures

At The Gypsy Adventures, we don’t just sell packages — we create unforgettable travel experiences. We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Manager who understands experiential travel, hospitality, and customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts for stays, treks, activities, group tours, and experiential travel offerings across The Gypsy Adventures properties and experiences. The role requires someone who can drive conversions, build strong B2B partnerships, and contribute to strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales for stays, activities, experiences, and group tours
• Handle B2B tie-ups, travel partnerships, and corporate collaborations
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for seamless execution
• Lead and manage a small sales team
• Work on pricing, sales strategy, and revenue growth
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong experience in business management and revenue generation
• Proven track record of closing deals and handling partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset
