Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring vendors to participate in events, maintaining relationships with existing vendors, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Daily tasks include managing vendor accounts, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to strategize and execute sales plans effectively. Additionally, the Sales Executive will play an active role in creating an engaging atmosphere for vendors and customers alike.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Vendor relationship management and excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge or interest in local businesses, entrepreneurship, and community engagement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage
