We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and act as the bridge between potential clients and their dream homes.
As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be lead management and conversion. You will be the first point of professional contact for interested clients, guiding them from their initial inquiry to a scheduled in-store consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Actively follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their interior requirements.
- Appointment Setting: Persuade and schedule qualified leads for store visits to experience our craftsmanship firsthand.
- Client Relationship Building: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and provide them with initial information regarding our design-to-delivery process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure a seamless transition for the client once they visit the store.
- Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in our tracking system.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within the interior design, furniture, or luxury home decor industries (Retail experience is a plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a strong plus for the Bangalore market).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a persistent follow-up etiquette, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to our Hennur, Bangalore office/store.
